Polite staff, fresh herbs for tea, clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot shower.
Nothing to complain about at all.

We spent a romantic escape in this hotel and loved the stunning and immaculately maintained gardens with fountains and courtyards. Our room was cozy with a comfortable bed and had beautiful linen, as well as a solar-powered shower that provided hot water. the hotel's location within easy reach of the mystical temple and village center was also a plus.
There was no wifi in our room, and we had to go to the reception or breakfast area to access it. there were no heaters in the room, and we had to use extra blankets to keep warm.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with a giant king-size bed and well-served breakfast. The solar-powered shower always had hot water and the meditation room was a welcome treat.
No Wi-Fi in the rooms and no option to book tours through the reception. A taxi from the hotel was double the price it should have been, and the TV was only available in the main reception/bar.

The hotel is surrounded by peaceful, beautiful scenery, offering a tranquil escape from the city. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious traditional Peruvian style that creates a charming atmosphere. the breakfast is tasty with fresh ingredients that make you feel like home. the staff is welcoming and supportive, and they are always available to assist you.
The internet service in the rooms needs improvements, and it would be better if the hotel could provide more tour options for visitors to explore the surrounding areas.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful, tranquil area of Peru. The grounds were absolutely stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens that added to the sense of tranquility. The rooms were large and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was exceptional, with lovely touches throughout that added to the overall charm of the place. The location was also ideal, situated close to the mystical temple of Ollantaytambo and offering easy access to the surrounding area for sightseeing.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault it in any way.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a tranquil valley surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the beautifully manicured gardens to the comfortable rooms on the ground level. The staff is charming and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Despite being a simple breakfast, it is well served and the perfect way to start the day.
No major issues found, just a few minor details that could be improved.
